REGISTRATION REGULATIONS FOR ALL SPORTS PROGRAMS

1. To participate in programs, residents MUST register at their home club, Tuxedo Community Centre.
2. Registration must be in person with a separate cheque for each program.
3. NO CASH PLEASE Make cheque(s) payable to "Tuxedo Community Centre".
4. Until registration is complete, no person may participate in the activity. After approval from the Program Convenor, late registration will be accepted at first class. A LATE FEE OF $25 WILL BE CHARGED - NO EXCEPTIONS.
5. Bring a copy of your child's birth certificate.
6. Information on activities will be available from the Program Convenors.
7. Programs may be cancelled where minimum registration is not met.
8. PLEASE NOTE: Registering on time is crucial as teams are formed shortly thereafter. Special requests may not be entertained after registration dates. Please be considerate of volunteer convenors and REGISTER ON TIME.
9. Child Fitness Tax Credit receipts are issued during the registration process. Please KEEP A COPY of this registration receipt as it serves as the official Child Tax Credit receipt. NO DUPLICATE RECEIPTS WILL BE ISSUED BY SPORT CONVENORS.
10. The Tuxedo CC will retain a minimum of $25 administrative fee when a refund request is made after the registration funds have been deposited. (Motion passed October 18, 2010)

VOLUNTEERS ARE ALWAYS NEEDED! PLEASE CALL ANY BOARD MEMBER IF YOU ARE INTERESTED.

YOUTH ATHLETIC FIELD USER FEE

The city has introduced a $10.00 Youth Athletic Field User Fee per player effective this year. With the addition in recent years of 125 new athletic fields to the parks inventory with no increase in maintenance funding, many city fields have been in steady decline. All funds collected will go directly to enhancing field maintenance and upgrading.
