Children's Programs

Children's Program will all be run by Instructor Stephanie Strugar
Meet our Instructor:
Stephanie Strugar is a certified dance, fitness, music, art, sports, and physical literacy educator who has been teaching all ages across Manitoba for 15 years. She has directed and choreographed several dance theatre productions, performed in music videos and films, and written her 5-star rated podcast. Her work as a community arts development project trailblazer has received local and national news coverage. She advocates for increased accessibility to performance arts education for persons of all ages with disabilities in Manitoba. As a public speaker, and community arts consultant she has collaborated with non-profits and charities across Manitoba to develop arts education infrastructure in rural communities and community arts consultant.

Ages: 3-5 years of age

Location: Skate Building (368 Southport Blvd)
Body Poetry provides an exciting opportunity for parents and children to move, shake and explore together! This program is a fun way to introduce your child to dance classes and for your little one to build basic motor skills, independence and coordination through songs, rhythms and stories. This class teaches foundational skills 1 and 2 ballet, lyrical dance and yoga to classic and contemporary songs

Fun with Music (Zumbini Program)
FALL SESSION: November 4 to December 16, 2024 (no class Nov 11)
Zumbini
Ages: 1.5 - 3.5 years of age
Date: Mondays
Time: 10:30 am - 11:15 am
Fees: $90.00 for 6 week
Location: Skate Building (368 Southport Blvd)
Zumbini combines music, dance and educational tools for 45 minutes of fun. Come and learn how to play instruments and dance to cultural music from across the world, while building a healthy bond with your child and giving them a quality music literacy education. Tap your toes and sing along, while getting lost in the only program to combine early childhood development with the joy of Zumba fitness.
Instruction will be provided by Stephanie Strugar.
