New Motions Passed by TCC Board Regarding the Return of Equipment and Sports Jerseys

The following motions were passed October 18, 2010:

1. Tuxedo CC has the right to refuse a new sport registration from any Tuxedo family if that family has Tuxedo sport equipment or Tuxedo Jerseys outstanding with any sport program which is owing to the club. The family can pay a jersey or sports equipment replacement fee (in an amount to be determined by the sport convenor) in lieu of the return of the jersey or sports equipment.

2. Tuxedo CC may impose a non-refundable administrative fee of $25 for sports registrations that are withdrawn.
