Yoga

Date: Thursdays

Time: 11:00 am - 12:00 pm 

Fees: $80.00 5 week program 

Location: Skate Building (368 Southport Blvd)

Come and join Nancy in one of our new programs TCC will be offering this Fall. 

​

This class will focus on posture and relaxation which will allow the body to move more freely.  It is all about feeling better, getting stronger and walking taller.

​

Meet our Instructor: 

Nancy Cherewayko began teaching fitness in 1984 and found her love of yoga in the 1990's. She obtained her yoga 500 hour and Yoga for Addictions Y12SR certifications. Nancy started teaching yoga in 2005 and many of her students are still with her to this day. Her passion for yoga and her down to earth teaching style makes students of all levels, ages and physical abilities feel confident as she guides them in the practice of yoga.

With approximately 2000 hours+ teaching experience including mat and apparatus.  Clients from beginner to advanced as well as specialized clients (disabled, seniors, trauma survivors and competitive athletes).

Date: Mondays

Time: 12:15pm - 1:15pm 

Fees: $80.00 5 week program

Come and join Stephanie in one of our new programs TCC will be offering this Fall. 

​

This class will focus on fun dance moves which will allow the body to move more freely and get a great cardio workout with fantastic music.  It is all about feeling better, getting stronger and having fun.

Meet our Instructor: 

Stephanie Strugar is a certified dance, fitness, music, art, sports, and physical literacy educator who has been teaching all ages across Manitoba for 15 years. She has directed and choreographed several dance theatre productions, performed in music videos and films, and written her 5-star rated podcast. Her work as a community arts development project trailblazer has received local and national news coverage. She advocates for increased accessibility to performance arts education for persons of all ages with disabilities in Manitoba. As a public speaker, and community arts consultant she has collaborated with non-profits and charities across Manitoba to develop arts education infrastructure in rural communities and community arts consultant.
